Nora’s Locs & Braids® is working to improve access to noraslocs.com for people with disabilities. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is used as an engineering target. This statement does not claim certification or complete conformance.

Accessibility work

  • Reviewed page structure, forms, checkout, global templates, images, links, and public contact information.
  • Improved form labels, telephone field types, required-field behavior, error messages, and spam protection on key forms.
  • Prepared clearer landmarks, heading structure, keyboard focus, and reduced-motion behavior in remediated templates.
  • Added a responsive global footer with direct telephone, email, map, policy, accessibility, and contact links.
  • Removed unsupported medical and fulfillment claims from key business-owned pages.

Known limitations

  • A complete manual keyboard and screen-reader pass has not yet been completed across every product variation, cart update, checkout state, booking flow, and dialog.
  • Some catalog and salon images still need more descriptive alternative text.
  • Third-party experiences, including Square booking, PayPal, Google Maps, and social platforms, are partly controlled by those providers.
  • Some older Elementor content may still require template-by-template heading or landmark correction.
